All I can say is give fertilizer, and make sure they are moist. We ripped up all our old patch and replanted the hundred or so plants mixing in composty stuff, and they just sat there for weeks not growing. I realized they were very dry, some dried up and croaked, so I watered well, and kept it up, and also I gave them some organic fertilizer. I suppose I should go check to see how they are doing! Guess I will pick some rhubarb while I am at it! Yumm!
